The exercises posters are intended to attach permanently to the machine. Attach the four poster plates (black steel plates) to all sides and then attach the posters using the double-sided tape already applied to the back of the posters. Each poster on the BodyCraft X2 Family XPress Home Gym is specific to its given station.
They can be rotated upwards to find the correct positions for cable flies, dumbbell (converging) presses, and decline and incline presses. At the top of the semi-circle on the BodyCraft X2 Family XPress Home Gym, the cable handles are positioned perfectly for shoulder presses.
