The New 2011 Spirit XE295 Elliptical Trainer is a very compact space efficient design with all the features you need.

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical Trainer has a 3-position adjustable footpedal angle, upper handle mounted resistance switches for ease of use and a comfortable 20" stride length.

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical Trainer provides 20 levels of resistance, a 30lb flywheel, oversized structural tubing and foot pedals with a 2-degree inward slant to provide a natural and comfortable movement.

Additionally, the Spirit XE295 Elliptical Trainer offers both contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring, a 7.5" blue backlit LCD screen as well as cooling fans and a water bottle holder.

The 10 workout programs on the Spirit XE295 provide variety to challenge you and keep you motivated to reach your fitness goals. The cooling fan in the console helps make your workout sessions cooler and more tolerable. You can plug your MP3 in and listen to music on the speakers on the Spirit XE-295 Ellpitical.

The Spirit XE295 Elliptical heart rate monitoring system includes a wireless telemetry belt for accurate heart rate. Heart rate may also be monitored through sensors in the stationary handle-grips. This system makes it easy to achieve and maintain your targeted heart rate.

Four concave wheels keep the motion of the XE295 elliptical smooth and fluid. The double wheels on each side follow the guide rails without easily coming off track (an issue found on cheaper elliptical trainers). This design reduces left to right movement of the pedals.
