Cybex uses independent movement to train each according to its need. By allowing the arms to move independently of each other, Eagle NX delivers the ability to balance the workout when one arm is weaker or injured. Works the Lats
This unique Cybex overhead pivot with four-bar linkage construction is designed to keep the forearm parallel to the ground while taking care that the wrist maintains a neutral position. The resulting descending path of motion is optimal to work the lats, which is the intent of the rowing motion.
