Steelflex PLHT Hip Thruster
An extra-large, knurled foot platform enables operators to adjust the width of steps to achieve different workout requirements. Glute exercise enhances the strength of the core muscle and builds a perfect curve. A high-quality waist belt fixes operators in position during intense bridge motions. The thick, durable back pad secures the spine, which provides support and stability. The lifting movement arm can load weight plates on each side to accommodate various fitness levels.
