A 1" phenolic deck with variable durometer elastomer cushioning provides maximum forgiveness to the body and the Spirit XT285 Treadmill has a folding deck and four transport wheels means it is easy to move and store.
The XT285 has the same features as the XT185 plus two heart rate programs, an audio jack for digital music listening, and a deck that is 1/4" thicker to accommodate runners and higher weight capacities. This model is very appealing to someone that walks and is at a transitional stage to running.
The Spirit XT285 features a bright blue backlit LCD console, Quick Speed and Incline keys , wireless heart rate (telemetric chest strap included), and remote Speed and Incline controls.
