The M1 is a complete gym

The best part of this machine is the fact that you don't have to adjust the pullies from the bottom to the top in order to perform different workouts. You can use pullies on the bottom then immediately switch to the pullies in the middle and then to the top and perform different workouts without ever having to get up and adjust the machine. As a person that has worked out in big gyms since 1997 I am very pleased with the quality and feel of the machine and I highly recommend it. I assembled it myself and it took me about four hours. I could probably assemble a second one in a little over an hour (now that I know how it all goes together). The instructions are very well laid out for a first time assembler. The machine does not come with any assembling tools so you will need to have your own. The stack of weights that it comes with is plenty for a good workout. However, if you need more weight I recommend buying the extra weight before assembling the machine because adding weight will require disassembling several parts of the machine and in my case some of the screws stripped during the disassemble and reassemble. Overall, this is the best machine money can buy for a complete home gym.

I’ve had my m1 for several years now and love it. My only complaint is the multi ring handles ripped in the first year. All of the other handles are fine.
