Front and rear weight rods allow for large weight loads and four belt anchor points provide varying resistance ratios. Wide, dual foot platforms include a separation gap to help prevent marring from the belt and chain. The Belt Squat also features band pegs (with nearly 1:1 load effect when used), long handles to accommodate users of all sizes, and a storage hanger for the belt and hook for added convenience.

With the optional dip attachment, our Belt Squat transforms into a fully integrated dip station that bolts directly onto the machine, providing high-impact dip training without taking up extra floor space. No need for a separate dip bar or rack attachment—just pure, weighted dip training in a compact, efficient setup.
Unlike machines that enforce a fixed movement, our Belt Squat follows a natural, user-defined path, mimicking the barbell squat while keeping the load off the back. Home exercisers can push maximum loads without experiencing the compression or restraints of a barbell squat. Our intentional design makes it the preferred choice for heavy leg training, offering uncompromised performance.
Hammer Strength plate loaded machines are made with 11-guage steel frames and electrostatic powder coat finish for maximum durability. There are numerous seat adjustments to allow you to find your perfect position and muscle isolation. Molded foam on the cushions provides comfort, support, and durability. All machines have holes in the feet that allow for easy anchoring to the floor.
MULTIPLE ANCHORING POINTS
Our Hammer Strength Belt Squat is equipped with four belt anchoring points, providing home exercisers with the flexibility to adjust the loading mechanics of their squat. By hooking the belt closer to the weight, the perceived resistance increases, resulting in a heavier and more intense squat. Conversely, anchoring the belt farther away reduces the load, allowing for a greater range of motion and more explosive movements.
BAND PEGS
Users can increase their power development with our built-in band pegs. These pegs enable home exercisers to add variable resistance, increasing tension throughout the full range of motion and reinforcing explosive strength at the peak of each rep.
