Gary designed a row machine with an underhand grip, overhead pivot, and natural arc of motion to help Dorian train without compromise. Originally created just for Dorian, this innovative design proved so effective it became a staple in the Hammer Strength lineup, delivering the performance athletes demand.

All machines have holes in the feet that allow for easy anchoring to the floor.
