The Insignia Series Glute Bridge features a patented design that makes it the most user-friendly machine for full glute muscle contraction. INTELLIGENT GRIPS
- Elliptical-shaped grips are oriented for each type of machine. "Pulling" machines use a narrow profile for a secure grip. "Pushing" machines offer a wide surface area to distribute pressure evenly across the hand for comfort.
ARTICULATING SEATS
- Patented, spring assisted seat adjustment automatically articulates the angle with the height position so short users can reach the floor at an elevated seat height and tall users are properly supported at a low seat height.
EASE OF ADJUSTMENTS
