Powertec Workbench Multi Press WB-MP20

I have had my Workbench for several weeks now and I would say I'm extremely pleased. Numerous exercises you can do with this machine. It was easy to put together. As a metal fabricator/welder I can say that the material used is good. It will last a very long time without any concerns

I bought this because I have all cables and wanted to incorporate leverage into my workout. The ISO is great. The machine is sturdy and can take the weight you can tell this thing was built to last. Without a problem you can do flat incline decline chest bent over rows one arm pulls for back, shoulders in two different positions. Squats because if u pull the pin out the arms will touch the ground without a problem. This is all I noticed for the time being. Now for the assembly, the whole bottom base comes intact just have to make sure u tighten the bolts up cause they did come loose. You could eye this thing out Nd put it together with no instructions except you need to know which bolt is for what and which pin goes where. This is one of the only problems I had, the directions were GARBAGE. They were only three pages of the machine completely apart showig you with Lines of what goes where. Its not a step by step set of directions so mostly I had to figure things out. The back pin that slides into the back to hold the arms in place and let them move around will have to be smacked in place with something heavy. Cover the bolt end with a thick towel cause I striped the grooves which made it difficult but with some toying around I got it. Over all took about two hours to put togther due to lack of instructions. So in a nutshell great for working out little bit of a pain to assemble and should be around 450 to 520 580 is a little pricy but it will last o and shipped to my house in 7 days from ca I live in my hope this help. Would def recommend to a friend
