As with all WaterRowers, the WaterRower Lite includes our patented WaterFlywheel technology, unrivaled in its replication of the resistance experienced during on-water rowing.
The machine now comes standard with our S4 monitor, providing a robust assortment of in-workout performance data and advanced training features. Enjoy a quick-start workout session or delve into our assortment of time, distance and advanced zone training workouts to reach your training goals.
Add the WaterRower ComModule and upgrade the S4 to Bluetooth compatibility, allowing for seamless connection to our portfolio of popular indoor rowing apps, such as WATERROWER CONNECT and CITYROW.
Add the Phone & Tablet Arm to your WaterRower to conveniently see your device for added motivation while surpassing your workout goals!
