WaterRower Oak Rowing Machine with S4 BLE Monitor at FitnessZone

The WaterRower Oak Rowing Machine with S4 BLE Monitor combines handcrafted hardwood construction, natural water resistance, and modern Bluetooth workout connectivity in one premium indoor rower. Built from solid oak wood and finished with Danish oil, the WaterRower Oak offers a distinctive appearance while helping absorb sound and vibration for smooth, quiet operation.

Designed for home gyms, wellness spaces, personal training studios, hotels, corporate fitness centers, and other fitness environments, the WaterRower Oak uses WaterFlywheel resistance technology to create a rowing feel that closely mimics the natural resistance of moving through water. The faster and harder you row, the greater the resistance becomes, allowing users to control workout intensity naturally through stroke power and cadence.

Handcrafted Solid Oak Construction

The WaterRower Oak is handcrafted from solid oak hardwood, giving the machine a warm, furniture-quality appearance that blends easily into home gyms and upscale fitness spaces.

Wood is also well suited for rowing-machine construction because it naturally helps absorb vibration and sound. Combined with the WaterRower water-resistance system, the oak frame contributes to a quieter, smoother workout experience.

The frame is finished with Danish oil, helping protect the wood while enhancing the natural grain and appearance of the oak.

Natural Water Resistance with WaterFlywheel Technology

The WaterRower Oak uses a water-filled flywheel system designed to recreate the feel of rowing on water.

Unlike resistance systems that rely on fixed mechanical levels, water resistance responds naturally to user effort. Row more gently for lighter resistance or increase stroke power and speed for a more challenging workout.

This makes the WaterRower Oak suitable for:

• Cardiovascular conditioning
• Full-body workouts
• Endurance training
• Interval training
• Low-impact exercise
• Athletic conditioning
• Functional fitness
• Recovery-focused workouts

Rowing can engage the legs, glutes, core, back, shoulders, and arms, making it an efficient option for total-body conditioning.

S4 BLE Performance Monitor

The S4 BLE Performance Monitor comes standard on the WaterRower Oak and provides a wide range of workout feedback and training options.

Users can perform quick-start rowing sessions or select structured workouts based on:

• Time
• Distance
• Training zones
• Workout intensity
• Performance goals

The monitor is designed to give users useful in-workout performance information while supporting both general fitness and more structured training sessions.

Built-In Bluetooth Connectivity

The S4 BLE monitor includes Bluetooth connectivity, allowing the WaterRower Oak to connect with compatible indoor rowing apps.

Popular compatible platforms include:

• WATERROWER CONNECT
• CITYROW

Bluetooth connectivity gives users additional ways to track workouts, follow guided rowing sessions, and use compatible interactive training platforms.

An optional Phone & Tablet Arm can also be added so users can position a mobile device within easy viewing distance during workouts.

Dual-Rail Frame for Stability

The WaterRower Oak features a dual-rail frame design engineered to provide stable seat travel and smooth rowing motion.

With a maximum user weight of 700 lbs, the Oak is built to accommodate a wide range of users while maintaining its clean hardwood appearance.

The frame also supports users with an inseam up to approximately 37 inches / 94 cm.

Compact Footprint for Home and Fitness Spaces

With dimensions of approximately 82.25 inches long, 22.25 inches wide, and 20 inches high, the WaterRower Oak provides a full-length rowing experience without requiring excessive width.

Its narrow footprint makes it a practical choice for:
