The DuraFirm back pad offers three upright positions for leg extensions and two supinated positions for traditional leg curls. The hold-down grips on both back and thigh pads provide additional support and stability, ensuring a safe and effective workout.

The oversized 8" foam roller pop-pin adjusts both vertically and horizontally for a proper fit.
